Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and antivirus software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient English; Danish a plus.

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Herning Denmark.

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems hardware and software
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
• Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
• Train users on new software or hardware as needed
• Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new technologies or processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role or strong passion for technology
• Working knowledge of computer systems networks and hardware components
• Familiarity with common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite antivirus programs etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English Danish is a plus
• Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
