Next Job Abroad in Malta is expanding its Danish-speaking team and seeks a customer-focused professional who blends service with sales. You will engage with customers during onboarding, answer queries, and explain financial products while collaborating with Payments and Collections to drive a smooth customer journey.

The role combines onboarding, sales support, and financial operations, offering exposure to compliance, reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish and English (spoken & written) required.
• Experience in sales of financial or similar structured products.
• Background in customer onboarding and document verification.
• Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with procedures.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and ensure documentation is handled correctly.
• Support customers via phone, email and SMS with clear and professional communication.
• Provide accurate information about financial products, services and payments.
• Work actively with sales strategies—not pushy selling, but structured engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and transparent processes.
• Help maintain a high-quality customer experience while staying compliant with regulations and company policies.
