You’ll handle frontline queries via phone, email, and live chat for cards, loans, and accounts; identify customer needs, pitch options, onboard new clients, and collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• CS + Sales experience in customer support and sales within a call center, contact center, or BPO.
• Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish, plus strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in an international community.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline queries via phone, email, and live chat for card products, loans, and accounts.
• Identify customer needs, pitch loan and card options, and convert inquiries into active accounts.
• Guide customers through onboarding and basic verification checks while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections to keep operations seamless.
