Qualifications

• Danish-speaking CS + Sales experience in a call center, contact center, or BPO environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding financial products.
• Identify customer needs, pitch loan and card options, and convert leads into active accounts.
• Guide customers through onboarding and basic verification.
• Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections as needed.
