Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, documentation and product information.
- Provide accurate support on products, services and payment options.
- Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers via email, SMS and phone.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Payments and Collections teams for clear processes.
- Contribute to a friendly team culture and assist with ad hoc tasks.
