Next Job Abroad is sourcing a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a growing finance team in Malta. You will guide customers through onboarding, verify information, and provide expert support across channels while identifying sales opportunities.

The role requires strong Danish and English, experience in customer service, and a proactive, independent mindset. Relocation to Malta is provided along with team onboarding and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and strong English required.
• Experience in sales & customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, documentation and product information.
• Provide accurate support on products, services and payment options.
• Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via email, SMS and phone.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Payments and Collections teams for clear processes.
• Contribute to a friendly team culture and assist with ad hoc tasks.
