Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a Scandinavian-backed finance team in Malta. You will guide customers through onboarding, payments, products, and account-related inquiries, while spotting opportunities to improve the customer experience.

You’ll work with a cross-European team, under the Danish Team Leader, delivering high-quality service. The role offers a permanent full-time position with clear career progression and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Danish and strong English (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Understanding of onboarding and verification processes.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information.
• Providing professional support regarding products, services, and payment options.
• Identifying and following up on potential sales opportunities.
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and SMS.
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Collaborating with Payments and Collections teams to support customers.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
• Handling various account-related inquiries.
