Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking frontline customer specialist to join our Malta-based team. You will handle queries by phone, email, and live chat regarding cards, loans, and accounts, while actively driving sales and conversions.

You will onboard and verify Danish customers, perform basic document checks, and collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections to ensure seamless operations. Exciting relocation opportunity with international exposure.

Qualifications

• CS + Sales experience in a call center, contact center, or BPO environment.
• Ability to overcome objections and manage call flows to meet KPIs.
• Fluency in Danish plus strong English communications.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries via phone, email, and live chat about card products, loans, and accounts.
• Identify customer needs, pitch options, and convert leads into active accounts.
• Guide Danish customers through onboarding and basic document checks.
• Collaborate with Risk, Payments, and Collections to keep operations smooth.
