Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a growing team in Malta. You will guide customers through onboarding, support product information, and identify sales opportunities, working with a Scandinavian team to deliver top-tier service.

Relocation to Malta is provided, with a focus on onboarding, verification processes, and collaboration across Payments and Collections. Strong English and Danish language skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish and strong English skills.
• Experience with sales & customer service.
• Understanding of customer onboarding and verification processes.
• Strong communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
• Service-minded, reliable, and a team player.
• Comfortable working independently when needed.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and product information.
• Provide accurate and helpful support regarding products, services, and payment options.
• Identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via email, SMS, and phone.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with Payments and Collections teams to ensure clear, efficient processes.
• Contribute to maintaining a friendly, positive team culture.
• Assist with various customer service-related tasks as needed.
