You will develop and execute data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-platform messaging, collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams.

Requirements include 2+ years in CRM, fluency in Danish and English, and experience with CRM tools/automation.

• Fluent Danish speaker with strong English proficiency.

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.
