Our client is a fast-growing iGaming marketing partner seeking a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their Copenhagen team and elevate customer relationships and engagement. You will plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in‑platform messaging; analyze data to drive segmentation, loyalty programs, and retention while collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably in iGaming or digital marketing.
• Fluent Danish and strong English skills.
• Experience with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
• Ability to craft data-driven customer journeys and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost retention and engagement.
• Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push, and in-platform messaging.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to drive segmentation and targeting.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor KPIs, track performance, and propose optimizations.
• Ensure CRM communications align with brand tone, compliance, and responsible gaming.
• A/B test and experiment to maximize player lifetime value.
