Job summary

Nordicmarcom in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own the CRM strategy and execution for the Danish market.

You will develop campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels, optimize customer journeys, and analyze performance to improve engagement and lifetime value. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, BI, and Content teams, you will stay ahead of market trends and deliver data‑driven CRM initiatives for local users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other retention channels.
• Create and optimize customer journeys, lifecycle communications, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze player behavior and CRM performance to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, BI, and Content teams to deliver localized and data-driven CRM initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity within Denmark.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the Danish market and player behavior.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and campaign management.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.
