Job summary

Next Job Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to develop and execute personalized CRM campaigns aimed at boosting player retention, engagement, and reactivation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for targeted marketing across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.

The role requires native Danish and strong English, 2+ years in CRM (iGaming/e-commerce/digital marketing), and a strong ability to design customer journeys

Qualifications

• Native-level Danish and strong proficiency in English.
• 2+ years of CRM experience (ideally in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools & automation platforms.
• Ability to design compelling customer journeys and loyalty strategies.
• Experience with customer segmentation and retention programs.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM strategies to boost engagement.
• Creating personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Analyzing customer behavior and data to drive segmentation and targeted marketing.
• Working closely with marketing, product, and data teams for seamless execution.
• Monitoring KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and suggesting optimizations.
• Ensuring CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance, and responsible gaming standards.
• Running A/B tests and experimenting with new strategies to maximize player lifetime value.
