Next Job Abroad is seeking energetic, early-career professionals for a live chat and email support role on the sunny island of Malta. You will assist players with game rules, bonuses, payouts, and account verification, while engaging with an international team.

The role requires proven customer service experience, Danish (native/near-native) and strong English skills, plus the willingness to relocate and adapt to a dynamic iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Native or near-native Danish (C2) and strong written/spoken English.
• Comfort navigating CRM dashboards and multiple browser tabs.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to an international expat culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support to players in real-time.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot in-app or platform glitches, and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high-energy, friendly communication and active listening daily.
