Job summary

Next Job Abroad in Copenhagen is seeking a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to elevate player engagement in the iGaming sector. You will design and run data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-platform messaging, collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize retention and reactivation.

You will analyze customer data, segment audiences, and continuously test new approaches while ensuring compliance and responsible gaming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish speaker with strong English proficiency.
• 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably in iGaming, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies.
• Experience with customer segmentation and loyalty programs.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement.
• Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
• Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
• Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations.
• Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines.
• A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value.
