Job summary

Caliber is building the German market from the ground up, hiring an SDR who will start conversations with senior HR, Marketing and Communications leaders at large German companies. You will work with our VP of Sales (DACH) and collaborate with teams in Copenhagen to shape our enterprise playbook.

You’ll run multichannel outreach in German and English, book discovery calls, and help craft messaging and targeting strategies. Based in Hamburg, Berlin, or Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR/BDR, with outbound prospecting track record.
• Fluent in German.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools.
• Curious, organized, resilient and coachable.
• Based in Hamburg, Berlin, or Copenhagen HQ.

Responsibilities

• Research and map target accounts in Germany and identify HR/Marketing/People leaders.
• Run multichannel outbound in German and English (LinkedIn, email, calls).
• Book and run first discovery meetings to qualify prospects.
• Help build German messaging, targeting and outbound playbook with Sales/Marketing/Leadership.
• Keep the pipeline clean and visible in CRM.
