Job summary

All Gravy is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to own the DACH market from Berlin. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands, and help build All Gravy’s first presence in Germany.

You should have 1–2 years of commercial experience, be native in German with excellent English, and be ready to own the early SMB cycle as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial experience in sales or business development.
• Native German language and excellent English.
• Based in Berlin, eligible to work in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting to DACH mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands.
• Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) with targeted messages.
• Lead discovery conversations to map pains and advance deals from first touch to close.
