Job summary

NGI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH region from a home office in Southern Germany. You will own a portfolio, identify opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with Sales Support and Application Engineering.

Success requires 3+ years in technical B2B sales, a solid industrial background, and strong German and English communication. You will report into NGI’s global team and manage a strategic territory with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in technical B2B sales with proven growth.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, machine building or automation is desirable.
• Ability to manage the full sales process independently and develop existing and new customers.
• CRM systems and sales planning are used to maintain a structured pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers in the DACH region.
• Identify and develop opportunities with machine builders, OEMs and manufacturers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Drive account development by introducing NGI's hygienic components portfolio.
• Understand customer applications and provide technically valuable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Application Engineering across the organization.
• Represent NGI at meetings, events and exhibitions in the region.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM system for the territory.
