Job summary

Adversus in Aarhus, Denmark, is hiring a Customer Solution Engineer to join the Customer Experience team. You will manage customer integrations from onboarding to ongoing support, tailoring the platform to client workflows and data structures.

You will work with APIs, webhooks, and various data formats, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting while collaborating with sales, support, and development. A flexible workspace is offered.

Qualifications

• Education or coursework in a relevant technical field.
• Experience building technical integrations.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and common data formats (JSON, XML, Form data).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer integration process and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with customers to understand systems and goals.
• Configure and customise platform to fit workflows.
• Provide technical guidance during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot integration issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, support, development, and customer success teams.
• Develop and maintain integration docs and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues.
• Improve internal workflows and AI solutions.
