Adversus, a rapidly growing SaaS company in the heart of Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking a Customer Solution Engineer to join the Customer Experience team. You will support customers from onboarding to ongoing success, collaborating with internal teams to tailor integrations.

The role emphasizes building technical integrations, guiding customers, and documenting best practices. Fluent English is required, with Danish, Swedish, or Finnish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Education or coursework in a relevant technical field.
• Experience building technical integrations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer integration process from onboarding to go-live.
• Collaborate with customers to understand integration requirements and goals.
• Configure and customize the platform to fit customer workflows and data structures.
• Provide technical guidance during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot integration issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, support, development and customer success teams to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and colleagues.
• Improve internal workflows and adapt AI solutions.
