Job summary

Salling Group is seeking a People & Communication Manager in Denmark to lead a team delivering digital and automated solutions for over 60,000 employees. You will set direction, develop the solution portfolio and ensure stable operations, collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers to drive value across the organization.

Qualifications

• You have leadership experience and can set direction for a team.
• You understand tech solutions and work between technology and business.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, agile ways of working and supplier management is an advantage.
• You are interested in new technology and understand how AI, automation and digitalization can improve processes.
• You take ownership, work in a structured way and are comfortable making decisions.
• You build relationships across teams and organizational levels and can communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Ensure stable operations and support.
