Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or call center.
• Excellent communication skills; English required, Danish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with workforce management software is a plus.
