Job summary

Actona Group is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Denmark to lead a team of about 10 employees and drive the transformation of our Customer Operations. You will develop people and processes while ensuring a consistently high-quality B2B customer experience across key customers.

You will lead through KPIs, foster accountability, and push for continuous improvements, standardisation, and digitalisation including AI-enabled solutions in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience from a customer-facing or operational environment, preferably within an international organisation.
• Proven track record of driving performance, improving processes, and leading teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of approximately 10 employees.
• Drive an excellent B2B customer experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Translate company goals and priorities into clear team objectives, actions, and results.
• Continue to strengthen a culture of accountability, customer centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process optimisation, standardisation, digitalisation, and adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead through KPIs and ensure transparency, ownership, and performance management across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Product Development, and Finance to ensure seamless customer journeys.
