Job summary

DTU Health Tech at Risø Campus north of Roskilde seeks an Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to streamline customer projects, quotations and lab operations. You will bridge customers, researchers, engineers and staff to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating projects, tracking status, managing shipments, and supporting invoicing and communication activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with project coordination, operations management, customer support or technical administration.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Clear, professional English communication in writing and speech.
• Danish language skills or willingness to acquire them.
• Comfort interacting with customers, suppliers and collaborators.
• Experience with administrative IT systems and digital workflows.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with attention to detail.
• Experience in sterilization/healthcare/engineering or related technical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests.
• Coordinate ongoing customer and research projects.
• Track deadlines, deliveries and project status.
• Manage shipment of dosimeters and other materials to customers and irradiation facilities.
• Order laboratory supplies, equipment and external services.
• Maintain customer records and project documentation.
• Support invoicing and administrative follow-up.
• Maintain and update the section webpage.
• Prepare content for LinkedIn and other communication channels.
• Support planning and administration of customer courses, meetings and events.
• Help develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
• Support the implementation of digital tools, CRM systems and knowledge management processes.
