Your role in our team

As our new Customer Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for your own customer cases and follow them from quotation and order through to delivery. You will communicate directly with customers, align expectations and agreements, follow up on orders, handle returns and coordinate repairs. You will also help identify products and work across departments to find the right solutions.

The role is fast-paced and involves technically complex products, export requirements and several IT systems, including ERP and ticket management. You will receive thorough training and gradually take on more responsibility as you build your product and process knowledge.

You will become part of a team of 5–6 colleagues. We work closely together and share knowledge, while each person has ownership of their own cases. Our communication is very open and informal, and there is plenty of freedom in how you approach your work.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

You will be an important link between our customers and the teams across the business, making sure orders are handled correctly and delivered as agreed. Your key responsibilities include:

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders based on purchase orders
• Communicate with customers and align expectations and agreements
• Follow up on orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle returns and coordinate repairs with repair facilities
• Identify products and help find the right solution for the customer

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. No specific education is required – what matters most is that you enjoy working with customers, taking responsibility for your own cases and becoming part of the team for the long term. • Have experience with customer communication and order management
• Are comfortable working with ERP systems and other IT tools
• Are willing to do a small amount of hands-on work in the warehouse when needed
• Have a technical background or are interested in learning about technical products
• Are a team player who can find your way forward when the answer is not always clear
