Responsibilities

• Handle requests from Sales Colleagues and Customers for post-order support.
• Ensure urgent cases are handled immediately.
• Process changes and shipping instructions in a timely manner.
• Follow up on deliveries and Export Control where needed.
• Act as a proactive problem solver to make things happen.
