Job summary

Alfa Laval Nordic is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to help our customers after the order is placed, working in a small team that cares about colleagues and customers alike. You will contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You will handle post-order requests, address urgent cases, process changes and shipping instructions, and follow deliveries. Fluent English and Danish are essential in this global organization.

About the job

As our new Coordinator your main purpose will be to help our customers with their questions and needs, after the order has been placed. We are a small team who cares about our customers and importantly for each other

• Handling requests from Sales Colleagues and Customers for support for all aspects after placing the order.
• Making sure that all urgent cases are handled immediately
• Taking care of requests for changes and shipping instructions
• Follow up on deliveries and Export Control where needed.
• Act as the problem solver, the person that made things happen when it was needed.

As part of a global organisation, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for this position. We do need you to be fluent in Danish as well.
