Job summary

You will work closely with service engineers, logistics partners, and sales representatives to ensure a high-quality customer experience and on-time service commitments.

• Experience from a customer center or similar environment.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and proficient computer skills.

• Structured, decisive, and responsible with multitasking ability.
• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries.
• Be the first point of contact for inquiries and service requests.
• Receive orders and process per company policies and systems.
• Ensure timely processing through to shipment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop product knowledge and supply chain understanding.
• Work as part of a team to improve service quality.
• Provide accurate information and quotations per guidelines.
