Responsibilities

• Handle requests from Sales colleagues and customers for post-order support
• Ensure urgent cases are addressed immediately
• Process requests for changes and shipping instructions
• Follow up on deliveries and Export Control where needed
• Act as the problem solver and take ownership to get things done
