Job summary

Hybrid Greentech - Energy Storage Intelligence is seeking an ambitious Communications Lead to cover maternity leave, owning external and internal communications and employer branding for a fast-scaling greentech company.

Reporting to the CFO and working with the CEO and leadership team, you will steer press, branding, content, and internal communications across an international team, ensuring a consistent external voice while supporting recruitment, investor relations, and strategic brand

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in corporate communications.
• 0
• Strong stakeholder management with executives, investors and agencies.
• Ability to drive multiple workstreams independently.
• Fluency in English.
• Danish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications including press releases, LinkedIn content and strategy.
• Maintain brand messaging framework and tone.
• Support internal communications across an international team.
• Oversee employer branding and recruitment messaging using templates.
• Act as day-to-day contact for CEO, leadership and investors.
