Job summary

EG A/S in Denmark seeks a Communications Coordinator to coordinate and produce internal communications during a ~12 month maternity cover. You’ll work with our Corporate Communications team to keep employees informed across channels.

You’ll own internal campaigns, drive AI communications with HR collaboration, plan light video productions, design presentations, and maintain templates. This role is based in Ballerup with a Nordic, trustful team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a communications role.
• Fluent in English and Danish, with strong writing ability.
• Interest in AI and ability to apply it to communications.
• Proficient in PowerPoint with an eye for visuals.
• Structured, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communication campaigns and employee content across channels like Viva, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
• Drive internal AI communication through newsletters, intranet content, and presentations.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives.
• Plan simple video productions from scripting to light editing.
• Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and management use.
• Maintain communication templates, channel governance, and reporting routines.
• Handle ad hoc communication tasks as they arise.
