Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, strategy or consulting experience.
• Not afraid to own and lead new strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills to translate ideas into a compelling narrative.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with a flexible mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive alignment across teams.
• Professional English required; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development projects anchored in the Executive Office.
• Support the CEO on strategic and organizational matters.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the organizational strategy and KPI process.
• Support strategic portfolio management across BII.
• Help secure organizational alignment across teams and initiatives.
• Develop materials, often PowerPoint, that translate ideas into clear concepts.
