Job summary

JYSK is seeking a new team member to develop and support IT solutions enabling deliveries to customers. You will work in a growing scrum team, ensuring reliable and competitive delivery to B2C and B2B customers, and translating JYSK processes into effective logistics support.

You will test, implement, and optimize logistics IT solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel 20–40 days per year. English at communicative level (B2B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience in a business solution or similar role.
• Experience with testing—identification to execution (bonus in logistics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Background in IT, logistics or related fields; willing to learn logistics IT systems.

We are looking for a new team member to help us develop and support IT solutions that enable deliveries to JYSK customers.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your new role will be in a growing scrum team that proactively ensures reliable and competitive delivery to B2C and B2B customers, supporting the omnichannel shopping experience. You will focus on building a solid understanding of the JYSK processes supporting the end customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Implement and test solutions within JYSK logistics IT.
• Creating, executing, and validating test cases to ensure high‑quality system performance.
• Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across solutions enabling different delivery options.
• Providing support for logistics systems by analyzing and resolving system and process issues, including identifying the root causes of recurring failures.
• Expanding and maintaining your expertise in logistics systems to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Participating in IT projects and documenting/communicating related business processes.
• Representing logistics interests in cross‑organizational IT initiatives to ensure our needs are understood and integrated.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with IT, as a Business Solution Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, or similar position.
• Experience working with testing – from identification to execution (bonus if within logistics).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools or motivation to learn this.
• Background in IT, Logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, international environment.
• Travel expected for the position: 20‑40 days/year.
• English – communicative level (minimum B2).
