Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Product Owner for our Warehouse Management Systems to own direction, set priorities, and ensure WMS supports Europe-based, highly automated Distribution Centers.

You will collaborate with Logistics, IT, and external partners, balance stability with improvements, and lead a Scrum team including a Business Solution Specialist.

Based at the Distribution Center in Uldum with 20–40 travel days per year, you will influence how warehousing processes scale across the region.

• Ability to prioritize backlog and balance value, cost, risk and effort.
• Strong communication and transparency in structured updates.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As Product Owner for our WMS solutions, you are responsible for setting direction, driving priorities and ensuring that business-critical solutions continue to support JYSK's highly automated Distribution Centers across Europe. Working closely with Logistics, IT and external partners, you balance operational stability with continuous improvements that create real business value.

In this role, you ensure that our WMS platform continues to meet business needs while remaining stable and reliable in daily operations. You identify improvement opportunities, prioritize development efforts and help ensure that new functionality is implemented successfully and delivers value to our logistics setup.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Your primary base will be at our Distribution Center in Uldum. As the role is international, 20–40 travel days per year are expected.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

We are looking for a person with experience from logistics IT solutions in highly automated warehouse environments, combined with a strong understanding of how business processes and IT systems work together.

In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics:

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems, either as Product Owner, Application Specialist, Consultant, Project Manager or similar

It will be considered an advantage if you have experience working with SSI Schaefer solutions such as WAMAS or ANT.

Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and logistics processes in automated warehouse environments

Balance value, cost, risk and effort when making prioritization decisions

Communicate in a structured and transparent way
