Job summary

JYSK is seeking an IT professional to join our logistics IT team, driving testing and implementation across B2C and B2B channels. You will help optimize logistics applications and support operations while collaborating with a cross-functional, international team.

Travel 20–40 days per year is expected, and a strong IT/logistics background plus English at B2 level are important. You will contribute to continuous improvement and be part of a diverse European IT community.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience as a Business Solution Specialist or similar.
• Experience with testing from identification to execution; logistics experience bonus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency or motivation to learn logistics IT systems.
• Background in IT, Logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Travelling is to be expected for the position – 20-40 days/year.
• English - communicative level (min. B2).

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your new role will be in a growing scrum team that is proactively ensuring reliable and competitive delivery to B2C and B2B customers, supporting the omnichannel shopping experience. Here you will focus on building a solid understanding of the JYSK processes supporting the end customer deliveries.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Implement and Test solutions within JYSK logistics IT.
• Creating, executing, and validating test cases to ensure high‑quality system performance.
• Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across solutions enabling different delivery options.
• Providing support for logistics systems by analyzing and resolving system and process issues, including identifying the root causes of recurring failures.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• Proven experience working with IT, as a Business Solution Specialist, Subject Matter Expert or similar position.

• Experience working with testing – from identification to execution. (Bonus if you have experience within logistics, but not a must).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools or the motivation to learn this.
• Background in IT, Logistics or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
• Travelling is to be expected for the position, as it is an international team – 20-40 days/year.
• English - communicative level (min. B2)
