Job summary

WhiteAway Group in Aarhus is seeking a skilled logistics professional to optimise our operations and enhance customer experience. You will coordinate daily activities with distribution partners and handle customer inquiries.

Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating daily operations in collaboration with our distribution partners
• Responding to customer inquiries, both internal and external, via email and phone
• Order processing in our ERP system, Navision
• Developing and optimising processes in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Matching received invoices with goods in stock and reconciling complaint cases with attachments in our system (EDI)
• Optimising the return and claims process, workflows, daily operations, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Structured and that you have a result‑oriented approach to tasks
• Thrive in a company with a dynamic and ever‑changing environment
• Have great communication skills in Danish and English – both written and orally
• Additionally, it’s certainly a huge plus if you know a bit of other Nordic languages (but it’s definitely not a must)
