Job summary

JYSK is seeking an IT professional to join our logistics IT team, driving testing and implementation across B2C and B2B channels. You will help optimize logistics applications and support operations while collaborating with a cross-functional, international team.

Travel 20–40 days per year is expected, and a strong IT/logistics background plus English at B2 level are important. You will contribute to continuous improvement and be part of a diverse European IT community.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience as a Business Solution Specialist or similar.
• Experience with testing from identification to execution; logistics experience bonus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency or motivation to learn logistics IT systems.
• Background in IT, Logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Travelling is to be expected for the position – 20-40 days/year.
• English - communicative level (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Implement and Test solutions within JYSK logistics IT.
• Create, execute, and validate test cases to ensure high-quality system performance.
• Optimize use of logistics applications, identifying and standardizing best practices across solutions enabling different delivery options.
• Provide support for logistics systems by analyzing and resolving system and process issues, including identifying the root causes of recurring failures.
• Expand and maintaining your expertise in logistics systems to drive continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Participate in IT projects and document/communicate related business processes.
• Representing logistics interests in cross-organizational IT initiatives to ensure our needs are understood and integrated.
