Job summary

Black Swans Exist GmbH, based in Copenhagen, seeks a Business Development Manager to grow and qualify an international biomanufacturing customer pipeline. You will map markets, identify opportunities, and lead discovery and pitch meetings with senior decision-makers across biopharma, CDMOs and bioindustrial companies, coordinating with the delivery team.

You will develop tailored proposals, manage customer relationships, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Qualifications

• Scientific background in biotechnology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in biotech/biomanufacturing.
• Able to discuss science with technical audiences while understanding commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Map markets across biopharma, CDMOs and bioindustrial companies.
• Lead discovery and pitch meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop tailored customer proposals and coordinate with client delivery team.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Maintain structured CRM and follow-up with opportunities.
• Contribute to commercial discussions based on experience.
