Qualifications

• Two to five years in consulting — IT, technology, data or management.
• Technical level of a data scientist with ability to code and follow models.
• A track record of moving faster than peers or delivering difficult tasks.
• Composure under pressure when client asks something without an immediate answer.
• People enjoy collaborating with you and value your presence in client rooms.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship — be the single point of contact and the holder of the full delivery picture.
• Deliver hands-on work as part of solving client problems, not just managing tickets.
• Be seen as a leader in meetings, not just an engineer.
• Think on your feet and sketch forward paths during meetings with clients.
• Build depth in one field, becoming genuinely expert for the client.
