Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Copenhagen is seeking a seasoned Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless guest experiences from setup to breakdown. You will work closely with Culinary and F&B to coordinate menus, staffing and timing, while leading your team to deliver service at the highest standard.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external partners, including corporate clients

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in banquet management or similar in hospitality.
• Experience from a luxury hotel or high-end events is an asset.
• Strong understanding of event operations, timing and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all banquet and event operations for a seamless guest experience.

About You...

• At least 2 years of experience in banquet management or a similar role within hospitality.
• Experience from a luxury hotel or high-end events environment is an asset.
• Strong understanding of event operations, service standards, timing and execution.
• You work closely with Culinary and F&B to ensure smooth coordination from planning through to execution.
• You are highly organised and able to manage multiple events, priorities and moving parts simultaneously.
• You have experience working with external companies, corporate clients and event partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless delivery.
• You lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to deliver consistently high service standards.
• You have a strong eye for detail and take ownership of the guest experience, from setup and service to breakdown.
• You remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment where timing is essential.
• You are flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
