Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to join our events team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will deliver attentive service, read the room, and work closely with kitchen and guest relations to ensure a seamless experience.

As part of a 24-hour operation, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and handle dietary needs or special requests with composure and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering attentive, professional service at events, banquets and larger gatherings.
• Confident serving food and beverages efficiently with timing and guest experience in mind.
• Ability to read the room and adapt service style to different events and guests.
• Strong attention to detail in keeping tables, rooms and service areas prepared.
