Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily F&B operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will manage service across outlets, supervise staff, and support management to uphold high standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong guest attention, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to ensure events and daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting management to lead day-to-day department operations of all F&B outlets.
• Experience in a luxury hotel is desirable.
• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service to guests.
• Oversee waiters' opening and closing duties per standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and support staff and management.
• Set up front and back-of-house areas to high standards.
• Address complaints with a positive attitude and involve management when needed.
• Train new staff and ensure understanding of procedures.
• Coordinate and execute events to run smoothly.
• Keep kitchen staff informed about events and ensure coordination.
• Maintain health, safety and food hygiene compliance.
• Be flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
