Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a server to join our guest-focused team. You’ll deliver warm hospitality, read the room, and recommend menu items with genuine enthusiasm.

You’ll collaborate with kitchen and guest relations to ensure a seamless, memorable experience for guests during a 24-hour operation. This on-call role emphasizes flexibility and attentive service.

• Maintaining clean, well-set tables and ensuring all details are in place before and during service

• Knowledge of the full food and drink menu with the ability to offer genuine, tailored recommendations.

• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience

• Skilled at creating small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Handling special requests, dietary needs, or guest concerns calmly and effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

• This is an on-call position, meaning no hours are guaranteed.
