Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Copenhagen is seeking a Seasonal Server to join a guest‑centric team. You’ll deliver authentic, attentive service, take orders, and help create a warm, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a professional presence across a 24‑hour operation.

You know the menu inside out, read the room, and work closely with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience. This seasonal role spans 6–7 months with competitive pay and benefits.

• Experience with delivering authentic, attentive service that feels personal.

• Experience with taking orders, serving food and drinks.

• Creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are able to read the energy of the room and adapting your tone and service style accordingly.

• Maintaining clean, well-set tables and ensuring all details are in place before and during service

• Knowledge of the full food and drink menu with the ability to offer genuine, tailored recommendations.

• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience

• Skilled at creating small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Handling special requests, dietary needs, or guest concerns calmly and effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
