Job summary

TechTree is recruiting for a Business Development Lead to open and own a new market in the Baltics ( Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia ). The role is hybrid and based in Vilnius, Tallinn, or Riga, with flexibility for Helsinki or Copenhagen.

You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships with public sector and major private operators, and move quickly to signed agreements. Fluent English is required; Baltic market knowledge is essential, and a proven BD track record in the region will be highly

Qualifications

• Proven BD/sales track record in the Baltic states with an activatable network.
• Comfort covering Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Fluent English; strong Baltic market knowledge preferred.
• Based in Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga; Helsinki or Copenhagen considered.
• Self-starter, fast-moving, able to sell into security/public-sector buyers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close BD opportunities with public sector bodies and large private operators in the Baltics.
• Build and activate a trusted network of decision-makers across municipalities, government, transport, logistics and security.
• Move quickly from first contact to signed agreement leveraging existing relationships.
• Serve as local point of contact and coordinate with leadership on deal strategy and visits.
