Go Nordic Cruiseline is building a brand-new Group HR function and seeks an Organizational Development Partner to help shape systems, processes and data that empower HR to drive strategy across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

You’ll partner with Group CHRO and local HR heads, design scalable solutions for learning, systems integration, and people analytics, and decide what to build in-house versus with partners.

Competenze

• You have a relevant degree and 5+ years in organisational development, HR projects or HR system implementation.
• You bring solid experience in one or two focus areas such as learning and leadership development, HR systems, process design or people analytics.
• You've led at least one major project and can explain what worked and what didn’t.
• You've worked across companies, countries or cultures and can make shared solutions work locally.
• You are passionate about data and care that solutions work for users.
• You can move between strategy and hands-on work.
• You communicate clearly in a Scandinavian language and in English.
• You work independently and systematically even when frameworks aren’t defined.

Mansioni

• Shape learning and leadership development across seafarers and office colleagues.
• Consolidate HR systems from requirements to rollout and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-country processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.
• Build trusted people analytics, KPIs for management and the board, data quality and cross-company comparability.
• Support compliance with EU directives, local employment laws and GDPR across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
