L'Oréal's Nordic Hub in Copenhagen is seeking a recent graduate to join our People Development & Learning Graduate program for 12 months, starting 1st January 2027. You will help shape learning across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland from a strategic, hands-on position.

Reporting to the Head of People Development and Learning, you’ll coordinate regional learning journeys, analyze metrics, and partner with HRBPs to design workshops and improve onboarding and upskilling across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or HR.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate learning into action.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort with events, workshops, and cross-country coordination.
• Experience with data analytics or learning metrics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional learning journeys and upskilling paths for the Nordics.
• Analyze learning metrics and ROI to identify capability gaps.
• Partner with HRBP and leaders to design workshops and onboarding improvements.
• Drive multi-channel initiatives for continuous learning and self-directed learning.
• Support budgeting, vendor relationships, and logistics for large trainings.
