Gotlandsbolaget is building a brand-new Group HR function across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. As Organizational Development Partner you’ll design systems, processes, learning and data to drive our strategy at scale.

You’ll report to the Group CHRO and collaborate with local HR leads, balancing group standards with local needs. Based in Copenhagen, Visby or Stockholm you’ll shape what to build and lead cross-country initiatives.

Formación

• You have a relevant degree and 5+ years in organisational development, HR projects or HR system implementation.
• You bring solid experience in one or two focus areas such as learning, HR systems or analytics.
• You have led at least one major project and can discuss what worked and what didn’t.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale learning and leadership development across seafarers and office staff.
• Lead consolidation of HR systems from requirements to rollout and adoption.
• Shape common processes across the employee journey and balance group standards with local needs.
• Develop data and analytics to support management and board decisions.
