Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a People Experience Partner Nordics to lead local execution of Global People programs and drive operational excellence across the region.

You will partner with managers and HR teams to deliver payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee lifecycle initiatives, ensuring compliance with Nordic laws and GDPR, while using data analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant, progressive human resources experience, combining HR Generalist responsibilities with hands-on payroll and benefits administration.
• Nordic Market Experience: Proven track record running and / or overseeing payroll and benefits administration across multiple Nordic countries.
• Strong knowledge of Nordic labor laws, local tax structures, social security environments, and CBAs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms and major Nordic payroll solutions.
• Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the local execution of Global People programs and drive operational excellence across the Nordics.
• Oversee End-to-End Nordic Payroll Preparation and benefits administration.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and GDPR in HR processes.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and inform strategic People decisions.
