Job summary

Falck is seeking an AI Operator to embed AI into its European operations and governance framework. You will develop AI-enabled workflows, test new use cases with local teams, and ensure reliable, well‑documented solutions aligned withFalck’s standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on prompting, automation and collaboration across Falck’s country teams, driving measurable value and scalable practices in operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience with AI/ML tools, automation platforms or data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI copilots or workflow automation tools.
• Experience monitoring or supporting technical systems and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with governance and documentation focus.
• Practical, hands-on approach to smarter workflows and efficiency.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and pain points.
• Strong collaboration across functions, countries and stakeholders.
• Interest in applying AI to real operations rather than theory.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Falck Europe’s AI roadmap by implementing initiatives that improve processes and create measurable value.
• Identify, design and run AI-enabled workflows on approved Falck platforms with process owners.
• Pilot new use cases with local teams and scale successful ideas into reusable approaches.
• Maintain clear documentation and governance records for transparency, quality and compliance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve AI systems, workflows and pipelines in day-to-day use.
• Collaborate with Falck Global AI and Data resources and contribute to centers of excellence.
• Escalate risks, limitations or opportunities requiring engineering support or new data products.
