Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Lead IT Operation Specialist to ensure smooth operation of AI agents and related systems within our Enterprise AI team. You will manage intake, maintain AI agents and MCP connectors, monitor IT infrastructure, and drive efficient incident resolution while upholding security policies and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, enablement teams, and business units to deliver end-to-end AI enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry and governance controls.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude, Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP and API integration patterns for enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure.
• Maintain the portfolio of AI agents, ensuring cost control and reliability.
• Build MCP connectors to enable AI tools across the organization.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure supporting AI tools for performance and security.
• Develop IT operations processes for Enterprise AI and incident resolution.
• Ensure AI agents and connectors comply with security policies and regulations.
